IBA: Employment & Diversity Law Conference
Dear ELA Members,
We are delighted to announce that our Spanish firm, Gomez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P), is offering a client breakfast & employment law briefing at their offices in Madrid, Spain on Tuesday, September 6, in conjunction with the upcoming IBA Employment & Diversity Law Conference. GA_P will sponsor this breakfast conference in Spanish for their clients as well as invited local clients of our Europe or Latin America ELA members. Presentations will be offered by GA_P as well as our ELA partners in LATAM.
The tentative agenda for this session is below and all are welcome to attend. In the afternoon, there will be a business development meeting focused on cross-border relationships, followed by a reception, sponsored by GA_P. In the evening, all are welcome to meet for a light fare and drinks on the rooftop at Casa Suecia (small fee), just a 5 minute walk from the Four Seasons, Madrid. We hope you are able to join us for some or all of these activities. All daytime activities are free, with a fee for members and guests attending the evening gathering at Casa Suecia. 20:30 - 22:30 Light Fare & Drinks with the ELA on the Casa Suecia rooftop with spectacular views of Madrid! There is a small cost per head to cover the cost of alcohol. Guests are welcome (guest fee applies).

For those staying at GA_P between the breakfast briefing and the business development meeting, GA_P has reserved an office for your use if you would like to stay at the firm and work. The GA_P offices have their own cafeteria services for snacks and drinks or you can visit one of the local favorites:
