In this keynote presentation of the ELA global conference, we have two knowledgeable presenters discussing the role of artificial intelligence in the workplace. In this broad ranging conversation, Commissioner Keith Sonderling of the United State Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Renzo Parodi Guastavino, General Counsel and the Head of Legal at Tata Consultancy Services in Latin America, will discuss the various ways artificial intelligence now guides different aspects of talent management. The conversation will include discussions of:

• The ways in which employers utilize the AI for talent management;
• The potential benefits and pitfalls of such use;
• The developing legal framework around the use of AI for talent management; and
• The speakers’ views on the future of AI in the workplace.

The past year has quickly shifted to an "employee" market.  In this session, in-house counsel and HR executives will talk about their creative strategies for recruiting and retaining talent.

We will also take a look into leadership opportunities available and how the Next Gen program is paving the way to a strong, sustainable future for the ELA.
