Join Us in Boston | April 16, 2026
The ELA is delighted to partner with Morgan, Brown & Joy LLP to host the 2026 ELA North America Client Event. We are pleased to invite you to join us in Boston, Massachusetts on April 16 for a full day of timely insights, practical guidance, and meaningful connection. Designed for business leaders, HR professionals, and in-house counsel, this program will bring together experienced practitioners to examine the employment and labor law developments shaping today’s workplace — across the United States and beyond.
What to Expect
- The day begins with registration and a light continental breakfast, followed by opening remarks to set the stage for a dynamic and interactive program.
- Our first panel, “Inside Washington: Emerging Employment & Labor Law Trends in the U.S.”, offers a forward-looking perspective on legislative, regulatory, and enforcement developments that may impact your organization.
- Next, the “What’s Keeping You Up at Night?” session will dive into the most pressing workplace challenges facing employers today — providing practical strategies and real-world solutions in an interactive format designed to address your toughest questions.
- We will kick-off the afternoon with a presentation on “Aligning Workforce Strategy Through Changing Economics: Legal Considerations and Practical Insights,” exploring the complex compliance and operational issues created by flexible workforces accommodation requests across North America.
- We’ll close the day with a special Keynote Presentation from Andrea Lucas, Chair, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Continue the Conversation
