About The Conference
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Canada’s Pacific coast, the 2026 ELA Annual Global Membership Conference brings the Employment Law Alliance’s global community together in the vibrant city of Vancouver. Framed by mountains, ocean, and lush forests, Vancouver offers a rare blend of natural beauty, cultural diversity, and cosmopolitan energy—an ideal setting for thoughtful dialogue, meaningful connections, and global perspective.
This premier annual gathering will welcome ELA member firms and invited guests from around the world for several days of forward-looking discussion led by ELA’s top employment lawyers, business leaders, and clients. Together, we will explore the most pressing issues shaping today’s global workplace.
Beyond the conference sessions, attendees will experience the warmth and character of Vancouver through thoughtfully curated social programming. Continuing Education
The Conference has now been approved by the LSBC for CPD credit! Search the LSBC CPD Member Portal for "2026 Annual Global Membership Conference" or "Employment Law Alliance" as provider.
Following the event, the ELA will offer attendees a certificate of attendance, an abridged agenda, and a PDF of the slides to be included in submissions for continuing education credit.
