Starting 1 August, a $200 late fee will be applied.

There is no registration fee for invited industry speakers or the first 2 attendees from each SPA organization.

Refund Policy


Registration cancellations can be made until July 31, 2026, minus a $25 processing fee. From 1 August to 31 August 2026, a $250 cancellation fee applies. From 1-15 September, a 50% refund can be offered for cancellations.


No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 15 September, 2026. Attendees that cancel after this date must submit a written formal request for refund directly to the ELA board.
