Dine Arounds

 ELA Dine Arounds are always a crowd pleaser! We divide the conference attendees into small groups and take them to various amazing restaurants around town. Each restaurant offers something unique and special—whether it's the food, the scenery, the location, or something else. And, of course, the company is the best in the world!


This year's conference has some fantastic restaurants lined up on the evening of Thursday, October 15th. Here is our current line-up of restaurants:

Nightingale


Our menus feature dishes that are ingredient-led and packed with flavour. Named Canada’s Best Farm to Table Restaurant, we are passionate about sourcing locally and our relationship with our suppliers is second to none. We work closely with local farmers, growers, foragers and fisherman to bring the highest quality, freshest and best ingredients to life through our creative menus.

Riley’s Fish & Steak


Centrally located at 200 Burrard St. in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown, we offer a completely chef-driven menu and an ambiance that’s simply unmatched. From seafood towers that surprise and delight to the highest-quality steak and chops, Riley’s is a Vancouver destination dining experience.

Black and Blue Steakhouse - Wine Room


Welcome to Black + Blue, Canada’s premier steak dining experience. We offer the magic of the classic steak house combined with a modern and energetic twist. We take great pride in being Kobe Beef certified, in addition to offering our guests a selection of the world’s rarest cuts.

We dry-age all of our beef in our one-of-a-kind, Himalayan salt-lined meat locker. 

Strict temperature and moisture-controls allow the salt air to penetrate the meat over time which provides unparalleled flavour and tenderness. It’s one of our little secrets that we keep in plain sight, for all to enjoy.

Tableau Bar & Bistro


French bistro meets local cool – Tableau Bar Bistro, the award winning neighbourhood Bistro is located in the heart of Coal Harbour. Tableau restaurant offers delicious classic French fare, with a West Coast influence. Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar


Vancouver’s Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is committed to culinary excellence that redefines the art of fine dining with creative dishes, impeccable service, and elegant ambiance. Led by Executive Chef Roger Ma, the seafood-focused menu is grounded in classical technique and training, while artfully infusing casual West Coast flair and creative hints of his international influences.
